My first year of Turbo

It has been an amazing year, and our San Antonio Kickin Crew has had a blast getting into the Turbo Kick groove!  Here is a sampling of some of the workouts, fun and results!  Enjoy!

New class schedule – New Turbo Kick and PiYo classes!

Check the calendar page for the updated class schedule!  We’ve added PiYo classes and changed the times for the morning Turbo Kick classes.  We’ve even added some Saturday morning classes.

Turbo Kick & PiYo Classes

Please note, there will be NO Turbo Kick classes the week of February 8th!  Don’t forget to workout though…a week of no classes does not mean a week with no workout!  Try something new, workout with a friend, just DO something.  We’ll see you back at classes beginning February 15th!

Don’t forget to watch the calendar for the addition of PiYo classes!  They’ll be starting in March!

Workout clothes – Dull or Fun?

Checking in

I haven’t checked in for a few days, but I assure you, I’ve been keeping up with my fitness!  I attended Turbo Kick Instructor Training on Sunday (for a refresher) and will be posting pics soon. Education and training are a must!  It gives you renewed knowledge and motivation!

Tonight we had an awesome Turbo Kick class!  New people in class with lots of energy, I was still pumped from training w/ Mindy Lawhorne (from the Turbo Jam videos), plus Turbo Kick is such an awesome-fun workout!

So, stay posted…I’ll have pics up from training and from my class soon.  But for now, need some sleep…more Turbo Kick in the a.m.!  Oh, don’t forget to check out the calendar to see which classes fit in your schedule!  We’ve got plenty of room on Tue and Thur mornings…let’s fill the room!  TURBO KICK baby!

I LOVE teaching Turbo Kick!

Why do I workout with Turbo Kick?  Because it keeps me motivated, it’s a great cardio workout, and it’s fun!

Why do I TEACH Turbo Kick?  Because I want others to have fun, be fit, and enjoy their workouts!  I love helping people, meeting people, and just having fun.  Being a fitness instructor gives me a lot of that, but being a TURBO KICK instructor makes it so much more fun, and so easy to teach!
